Job summary

Education Support Professionals Ltd in London and surrounding areas is seeking an IT support professional with 1st and some 2nd line experience to join a growing group of schools in a broader technical team. You will work with a range of users, delivering friendly, efficient IT support across Windows, macOS and education systems.

You will be exposed to a broad stack including Office 365, SharePoint, Intune, Defender, Jamf, iSAMs, Papercut, network gear and classroom devices.

Qualifications

• 1st and some 2nd line technical ability in some of the listed technologies.
• Able to communicate with a range of technology users with kindness and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Get involved in a huge range of projects across networking, classroom technologies and education-specific systems.
