Job summary

Aramark UK is seeking a Hospitality Manager to lead a large team across multiple sites, driving guest satisfaction and achieving GP targets with strong people leadership.

You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, budgeting, stock and menu coordination with the culinary team, while building lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Uniform provided, free on-site parking, meals on shift and ample career development.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a team across multi-site operations.
• Ability to lead and develop staff, including onboarding and appraisals.
• Pass security vetting and comply with policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage a large team including recruitment, onboarding, training, appraisals, and performance management.
• Oversee hospitality operations across sites, drive sales to internal customers, and achieve GP and budget targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders through client-facing service.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, HACCP, health and safety standards and allergen awareness.
• Oversee staff training and development.
• Manage menus and coordinate tasting sessions with the Culinary team.
