Job summary

Aramark UK is seeking a Regional Chef to provide culinary leadership across Workplace, Health and Education sites in the Southeast. You will oversee multiple sites, drive service improvement, mentor kitchen teams, and ensure high standards of nutrition, safety, and customer satisfaction.

This permanent, full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:30, with regular travel and site visits. You’ll partner with operations and clients to mobilise new contracts and deliver consistent, high-quality

Qualifications

• Proven experience in senior culinary roles across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide culinary leadership across Workplace, Health, and Education sites.
• Support sites with operational challenges and mobilisations.
• Coach and develop chefs and kitchen teams.
• Support menu development, allergen management, and nutritional requirements.
• Drive food quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct site visits, audits, and quality reviews.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, HACCP and health & safety requirements.
• Support stock management, cost control, and waste reduction.
• Build relationships with operational leaders, clients, and site teams.
• Contribute to new contract mobilisations and regional projects.
