Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Hospitality Manager to lead a large team and oversee hospitality operations across multiple sites in the UK. The role focuses on recruitment, training, development plans, appraisals, and ensuring profitability while delivering excellent service to internal customers.

The candidate will drive standards, manage budgets and stock, and collaborate with the Culinary team on menu management, while ensuring compliance with food safety and health regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass full security vetting.
• Experience managing a team.
• Multi-site experience – a driver’s licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large hospitality team, covering recruitment, onboarding, training and appraisals.
• Oversee hospitality operations across sites, managing GP and budgets.
• Set standards and implement new ideas to improve service and efficiency.
• Perform administrative duties for Conference, Hospitality and Events.
• Manage budgets and stock control.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and provide client-facing service.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health and safety, HACCP and allergen awareness; train staff.
• Oversee menu management and tasting sessions with Culinary team.

What you’lldo:

• Managing a large team to success to include all recruitment, onboarding, training, development plans, appraisals, performance management, offboarding etc
• Oversee and manage hospitality operations across the sites to include selling and delivering to internal customers, and achieving agreed GP and budgets
• Set and drive standards and implement new ideas putting your own stamp on things
• Carry out accurate administrative duties associated with Conference, Hospitality and Events
• Budget and stock management
• Build and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships through providing a client facing service
• Compliance with statutory legislation/company policy food safety and health and safety including HACCP and allergen awareness. Oversee staff training
• Menu management and tasting sessions working alongside the Culinary team
