Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Hospitality Manager to lead a large team and oversee hospitality operations across multiple sites in the UK. The role focuses on recruitment, training, development plans, appraisals, and ensuring profitability while delivering excellent service to internal customers.

The candidate will drive standards, manage budgets and stock, and collaborate with the Culinary team on menu management, while ensuring compliance with food safety and health regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass full security vetting.
• Experience managing a team.
• Multi-site experience – a driver’s licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large hospitality team, covering recruitment, onboarding, training and appraisals.
• Oversee hospitality operations across sites, managing GP and budgets.
• Set standards and implement new ideas to improve service and efficiency.
• Perform administrative duties for Conference, Hospitality and Events.
• Manage budgets and stock control.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and provide client-facing service.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health and safety, HACCP and allergen awareness; train staff.
• Oversee menu management and tasting sessions with Culinary team.
