Job summary

Aramark UK is seeking a Hospitality Manager to lead a large team across multiple sites, driving guest satisfaction and achieving GP targets with strong people leadership.

You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, budgeting, stock and menu coordination with the culinary team, while building lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Uniform provided, free on-site parking, meals on shift and ample career development.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a team across multi-site operations.
• Ability to lead and develop staff, including onboarding and appraisals.
• Pass security vetting and comply with policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage a large team including recruitment, onboarding, training, appraisals, and performance management.
• Oversee hospitality operations across sites, drive sales to internal customers, and achieve GP and budget targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders through client-facing service.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, HACCP, health and safety standards and allergen awareness.
• Oversee staff training and development.
• Manage menus and coordinate tasting sessions with the Culinary team.

What you'lldo:

• Managing a large team to success to include all recruitment, onboarding, training, development plans, appraisals, performance management, offboarding etc
• Oversee and manage hospitality operations across the sites to include selling and delivering to internal customers, and achieving agreed GP and budgets Set and drive standards and implement new ideas putting your own stamp on things Carry out accurate administrative duties associated with Conference, Hospitality and Events Budget and stock management
• Build and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships through providing a client facing service
• Compliance with statutory legislation/company policy food safety and health and safety including HACCP and allergen awareness.
• Oversee staff training
• Menu management and tasting sessions working alongside the Culinary team

What we're looking for:

• Must be able to pass full security vetting
• Experience managing a team
• Multi-site experience - a drivers licence is essential
