BaxterStorey is seeking a General Manager to lead a multi-site operation in Sellafield, Cumbria. You will motivate a diverse team, ensure exceptional service, and drive innovative catering across traditional and off-site locations.

Qualifications

• Experience as a General Manager in a large multi outlet venue or contract catering environment
• Lead, inspire, collaborate and support your direct reports to deliver consistently exceptional standards
• Build positive, credible relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Mentor and develop your team through training and empowerment
• Drive excellence with high food standards and innovation

Responsibilities

• Operate across a multi-site contract with off-site locations and diverse concepts
• Identify niche markets and implement current high street trends to enhance turnover
• Oversee day-to-day estate operations and KPI performance
• Run the contract with financial and operational independence and accountability
• Manage a Monday–Friday breakfast and lunch operation with some weekend/evening work
