Qualifications

• Experience as a General Manager in a large multi outlet venue or contract catering environment.
• Lead, inspire, collaborate and support your direct reports to deliver consistently exceptional standards.
• Build positive, credible and collaborative relationships with clients and other key stakeholders in the business.
• Continually look to develop your team through mentoring, training, recognition, and empowerment.
• Create a culture of excellence with your team, continually striving to push the boundaries of brilliance through natural caring service, obsessive food standards and innovation.
• Achieve business critical KPI's including Health and Safety, Sustainability, Financial and Governance.
• Financial accountability and understanding of all business decisions.
• Strategic planning and implementation of full catering service including mobilisation of units and annual marketing calendar.
• Identify opportunities to increase profitability of the catering service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multi-site contract catering.
• Identify opportunities to implement innovative concepts across locations.
• Lead a strong management team and drive performance against KPI targets.
• Ensure consistent high standards of service and food quality.
• Manage financial governance and profitability for the contract.
