Job summary

This role requires a proactive leader capable of balancing budgets, supplier relationships, and continuous improvement; salary up to £55,000, 37.5 hours per week, 12-month contract with a view to permanent.

Responsibilities

• Work with operations to ensure efficient workplace operations.
• Lead on-site facilities teams and provide guidance.
• Oversee daily office and site operations across multiple sites.
• Support end-to-end procurement processes.
• Maintain facilities records, compliance documents, and asset data.
• Coordinate communication across facilities teams and contractors.
• Promote health and safety standards and ensure policy compliance.
• Act as first point of contact for facilities-related queries.
