Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is recruiting a Facilities Manager to join the team in Milton Keynes. You will be responsible for managing an FM team, vendors, Health and Safety, environmental, company procedures and client/tenant requirements, with focus on budget adherence and customer service standards.

Working at the head office for a prestigious client, you will oversee service delivery, maintain records, drive continuous improvement and liaise with local authorities and contract partners.

Qualifications

• Degree level qualification in facilities management or related field.
• Regional facilities management experience in multi-let environments.
• Strong health and safety knowledge; IOSH/NEBOSH desirable.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• It-literacy with knowledge of FM software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain fabric of the building to high standards within budget.
• Ensure H&S compliance on site and maintain records.
• Oversee third party contracts and service levels.
• Prepare and monitor service agreements and budgets.
• Produce management information and reports.
• Develop tenant relationships and attend meetings.
• Liaise with authorities and manage risk on site.
• Manage major works programs and procurement alignment.
