Job summary

Allstaff Recruitment is seeking a Contracts Manager (In Facilities) in Milton Keynes for an initial 6-month contract with a view to permanency. Salary up to £50,000, 37.5 hours weekly (8:30–17:00). Location: Milton Keynes.

The role focuses on delivering high-quality facilities management across sites, managing procurement, and ensuring health and safety compliance. You will support operational teams, maintain records, and coordinate contractors while driving continuous improvement within budget

Qualifications

• Facilities Management experience and team leadership.
• Experience with budget and timelines.
• Knowledge of EHS legislation and compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• IT literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Work with Operations to ensure efficient workplace operations.
• Oversee day-to-day office and building operations and facilities services.
• Support end-to-end procurement processes.
• Maintain facilities records, compliance docs, and asset information.
• Coordinate communication across facilities teams and contractors.
• Promote health, safety, environmental and security standards.
• Monitor office operations.
• Serve as primary contact for facilities inquiries.
