Mitie is seeking a Facilities Co-Ordinator to support the management of hard and soft facilities services across multiple branch locations, ensuring safe, compliant and high-quality service delivery. You will lead facilities teams and contractors, oversee compliance with health and safety rules, and monitor performance against contracts, SLAs and KPIs to drive cost control and service excellence.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in facilities management with responsibility for hard and soft services.
• Technical background with knowledge of building services and compliance.
• Operational leadership in multi-site environments.
• Understanding of FM contracts, SLAs and KPIs and supplier management.
• IOSH qualification or equivalent health and safety knowledge.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Budget management and cost/service performance experience.

Aufgaben

• Lead hard FM services including M&E, HVAC, power, lighting and fire systems.
• Manage soft FM services such as cleaning, waste and planting maintenance.
• Provide day-to-day leadership to facilities teams, suppliers and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety and statutory requirements.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and act as facilities operations contact.
• Monitor performance against FM contracts, SLAs and KPIs.
