Job summary

Macro Group seeks an experienced Facilities Manager to lead the daily delivery of facilities management across core hub locations, ensuring high service standards, value for money, and compliant operations for corporate sites and community hubs.

You will partner with suppliers, manage budgets, support HSSE compliance, and drive continuous improvement while developing the facilities team and maintaining excellent customer care for client staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate FM environments across multiple properties.
• IWFM Level 3 qualification or higher is desirable.
• NEBOSH or IOSH certification in health and safety is desirable.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Facilities Team function across core hub locations, delivering high performance and professional support to stakeholders.
• Provide guidance to the team, set task deadlines, monitor performance and perform appraisals.
• Oversee day-to-day soft and hard FM services via designated suppliers to meet high standards.
• Implement processes in line with Macro’s values, policies, and procedures.
• Deliver results through people and performance management, develop solutions, and make informed decisions.
• Communicate effectively and demonstrate strong influencing skills.
• Lead with outsourced FM providers and manage budget compliance.
• Carry out site visits and inspect work by suppliers to ensure compliance.
