Job summary

Red Personnel in Central London is seeking a Facilities Supervisor on a permanent, full-time basis. You will own day-to-day facilities management across a multi-site estate, ensuring services are delivered safely and cost-effectively.

We expect 5+ years FM experience, proven team leadership, CAFM systems knowledge, and strong stakeholder management. The role includes budget monitoring, contractor management, and reporting to senior management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Facilities Management, ideally in a supervisory role.
• Experience managing teams and driving performance.
• Strong CAFM systems and helpdesk knowledge.
• Solid understanding of Health & Safety compliance.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office.
• Financial awareness, including PO and invoice management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee reactive, planned (PPM) and project works to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate FM activities across the estate, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met.
• Supervise and support Facilities team members, including performance management.
• Act as escalation point for operational issues and resolve them effectively.
• Support senior management with reporting, planning and service improvements.
• Manage contractor performance, site visits and supplier relationships.
• Oversee CAFM system usage, ensuring accurate job tracking and reporting.
• Monitor costs, raise purchase orders and support budget control.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and internal policies.
• Handle urgent and emergency issues with a calm, solution‑focused approach.
