Job summary

Page Personnel is seeking a Head of Facilities to lead the FM strategy across a multi-site UK portfolio. You will procure contractors, manage service providers and ensure compliance with health & safety and statutory requirements.

You will develop maintenance programmes, control budgets, oversee refurbishments, implement FM systems and report to the Executive Team, driving cost efficiencies and service improvements across the business.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in a senior Facilities Management position.
• Experience working across multiple sites, ideally within retail, hospitality or leisure sectors.
• Strong contractor, supplier and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience leading technical engineering teams.
• Excellent knowledge of health & safety legislation and compliance requirements.
• Strong project management experience within live operational environments.
• Commercial acumen with exceptional budget management skills.
• Experience writing technical specifications and managing contracts.
• A proactive, strategic approach with excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead the facilities management strategy across a multi-site property portfolio.
• Procure, tender and manage facilities contractors and service providers.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory, legal and health & safety requirements.
• Develop and manage planned maintenance programmes and service schedules.
• Control budgets, drive cost efficiencies and improve service delivery.
• Oversee facilities projects and refurbishments from concept through to completion.
• Implement robust FM systems and processes across the business.
• Audit completed works to ensure quality, value and compliance standards are met.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Provide regular reporting and recommendations to the Executive Team.
• Identify industry innovations and opportunities to enhance operational performance.
