W Talent is supporting a market-leading organisation to appoint a Head of Facilities Management. The role owns the delivery of facilities across a UK-wide portfolio, with travel between sites and a local office based on your residence.

You will lead Facilities Managers and support staff to ensure safety, compliance and efficiency of the estate, including HQ and major commercial sites. Strong leadership and technical qualifications are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing remotely across geographically dispersed teams.
• Strong people leadership of Facilities Managers and support staff.
• Technical qualifications such as RICS, CIOB, Surveying or CIBSE are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead a UK-based facilities management team across commercial sites.
• Oversee planned and reactive maintenance, minor projects and CAFM.
• Manage multi-million budgets and drive cost optimisations.
• Ensure compliance, risk management, sustainability and contractor governance.
