Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced facilities leader to oversee day-to-day operations across a major campus. You will ensure safety, functionality and compliance with SLA/KPI standards, coordinating maintenance and service delivery with contractors and partners.

You will build strong relationships with customers and OCS management, monitor performance, and drive improvements in processes and safety practices while mentoring team members and championing a One Team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-quality facilities management environments across multiple locations.
• Experience in media or broadcast environments is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of building operations, compliance and safe working practices.
• Proven experience leading operations within business-critical environments.
• Good knowledge of relevant legislation and mandatory standards.
• Strong organizational, leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to maintain high standards across safety, quality, customer service and operational performance.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office for reports and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Carry out regular building and facilities inspections and resolve issues.
• Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance across the campus.
• Liaise with customers, contractors and supply chain partners to minimise disruption.
• Maintain relationships with customers and attend meetings.
• Provide reports and feedback to the customer and OCS management.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs and take action when standards fall short.
• Support site audits, compliance and safe working practices.
• Represent OCS in stakeholder meetings and follow through actions.
• Coordinate workplace services, contractors and supply chain partners.
• Communicate upcoming maintenance schedules and potential impacts.
• Complete reporting and facilities administration.
• Build positive relationships with customers, colleagues and partners.
• Promote a One Team culture and support team development.
