Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland seeks an experienced facilities operations lead to oversee campus-wide activities, ensuring safety, compliance and efficient service delivery. You will coordinate maintenance, monitor KPIs and report to customers and OCS management.

We value strong leadership, multi-site experience, and the ability to engage with customers and contractors to minimise disruption and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-quality facilities management across multiple locations.
• Experience in media or broadcast environments is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of building operations, compliance and safe working practices.
• Proven leadership in business-critical environments.
• Knowledge of legislation and mandatory standards.
• Strong organisational and people management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office for reports and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facilities operations across the campus.
• Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance activity.
• Monitor KPI and SLA performance and take corrective action.
• Maintain relationships with customers, contractors and supply chain.
• Prepare reports and attend customer and OCS meetings.
• Support site audits, compliance and safe working practices.
• Lead continuous improvement of processes.
