Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a senior Compliance Lead to provide strategic technical leadership and governance across the account, advising the Strategic Account Director on all technical compliance and assurance matters.

You will develop and implement compliance programs, conduct audits and inspections, monitor regulatory changes, provide guidance and training, and drive continuous improvement, including energy and sustainability deliverables.

Qualifications

• Minimum HNC/HND in an engineering discipline with governance experience in FM.
• Experience developing and managing compliance programs for hard services.
• Proven record of audits, inspections and regulatory alignment.
• Ability to obtain national security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering leadership across the account.
• Develop and implement compliance programs.
• Conduct audits and inspections.
• Prepare compliance updates for leadership.
• Monitor regulatory changes and apply updates.
• Provide guidance and training on compliance matters.
• Report and document compliance activities.
• Investigate non-compliance issues.
• Lead risk management initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and systems.
• Interface with customers and regulators; deliver energy/sustainability outputs.
