Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a proactive Logistics Operations role in Banbury to drive performance and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will coordinate fast-paced distribution activities, aligning plans and resources with business needs, and lead service improvements across the operation.

The role requires strong communication, a focus on safety and compliance, and experience with WMS and MS Office to optimize processes and productivity within a dynamic team.

• Deliver operational performance in line with customer, contractual, and budget KPIs
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as a key point of contact and driving service improvements
• Ensure operational plans, resources, and priorities are aligned to meet business demands and customer expectations
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, productivity, and service levels
