Job summary

Jobtailor in the United Kingdom is seeking a shift-based Warehouse Leader to take full accountability for the end-to-end warehouse operation on shift. You will lead, coach and develop a team of Team Leaders and operational colleagues to ensure safe, efficient and accurate processing.

You will manage resource planning, drive a strong health and safety culture through visible leadership, and build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to optimise performance.
