Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior warehouse operations leader in the United Kingdom. You will oversee inbound, outbound, and reverse logistics, ensuring health & safety compliance and alignment with group audit standards.

You will manage costs against budget, review weekly reports, and drive corrective actions. The role requires developing teams, mentoring leaders, and maintaining strong WMS adherence to achieve top performance.

• Plan resource levels to meet seasonal and volume fluctuations.
• Support recruitment and retention of warehouse staff.
• Mentor and develop team leaders, providing clear feedback and support.
• Ensure strong adherence to WMS processes.
• Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters in line with company policy.
• Build strong relationships with retail partners and internal stakeholders.
• Communicate business priorities clearly to warehouse teams.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and performance.

• Set clear KPIs and regularly review performance.
