Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Logistics Operations Manager to lead multiple operational areas with a focus on service, productivity, quality, and KPI achievement. You will drive performance through resource planning, workflow management, and continuous improvement, coaching Front Line Managers to foster a high-performance culture and accountability.

Requirements

• Previous management experience within a fast-paced logistics, distribution, or warehouse environment
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate, engage, and develop teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both written and verbal
• A customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and experience using operational systems and performance reporting tools
