Job summary

Jobtailor in London seeks an experienced full-stack engineer to design and deliver scalable software and enterprise integrations, with emphasis on DevSecOps, testing and observability.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with product and architecture teams, and help shape warehouse technology across fashion, home and beauty Supply Chain & Logistics domains.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in full-stack engineering delivering scalable interfaces and backend systems.
• Deep understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.
• Strong knowledge of automated and performance testing across unit, integration and end-to-end layers.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test and debug high-quality software solutions, setting the standard for engineering excellence.

• Conduct thorough code reviews focusing on maintainability, test coverage and performance.

Requirements

• Proven track record in full-stack engineering, delivering high-performing, scalable user interfaces, backend systems and enterprise integrations.
• Deep understanding of software engineering principles, patterns and best practices.
• Strong knowledge of automated testing and performance testing across unit, integration and end-to-end testing layers.
• Proven experience implementing DevSecOps practices at scale across enterprise applications.
• Technical expertise in Java, SQL, JavaScript and modern CI/CD tooling.
• Experience designing and implementing cloud-native solutions focused on scalability, performance, observability and security.
• Excellent communication, leadership and mentoring skills.
• Desirable: knowledge of retail, especially Supply Chain and Logistics.
• Desirable: experience with Warehouse Management Systems, including Blue Yonder Dispatcher.
• Desirable: experience integrating third-party transport planning, transport execution and operational systems in large-scale enterprise environments.
