Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Warehouse Lead to manage daily operations across your shift in a fast-paced distribution environment. You will drive performance against KPIs, coach Team Leaders and operational colleagues, and act as a key liaison with customers to ensure service excellence.

You will monitor KPIs, resource utilisation and health and safety standards, shaping a proactive culture of continuous improvement and reliability.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience within a warehouse, logistics or supply chain environment.
• Strong understanding of KPI management, continuous improvement methodologies and operational planning within a fast-paced environment.
• Experience leading and developing teams, including performance management, coaching and employee engagement activities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels and build effective customer relationships.
• Experience working with warehouse management systems and operational reporting, alongside strong commercial awareness and a results-driven approach.
