Job summary

Dorothy House seeks a MS365 Adoption and Solutions Lead to drive digital transformation, training staff and volunteers, and to develop low-code solutions using Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform and Copilot. This role is based in Winsley with hybrid working options.

You will lead the Digital Champions Network, promote effective use of Microsoft 365 tools, and support organisational change through engaging learning programs and practical resources.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in a Digital, IT, Learning & Development, Education, related discipline.
• Demonstrable experience delivering digital skills training and learning programmes.
• Experience developing business solutions using Microsoft 365 and low-code technologies.
• Experience supporting organisational change and technology adoption initiatives.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and engaging way.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 usage (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Designing and delivering engaging Microsoft 365 training programmes for staff and volunteers.
• Creating learning resources including workshops, videos, guides and e-learning content.
• Leading the Digital Champions Network to drive technology adoption.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes using Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Developing low-code/no-code solutions with SharePoint, Forms, Power Automate, Power Apps, Teams and Copilot.
• Supporting digital literacy, confidence, and capability development.
• Monitoring digital adoption and driving continuous improvement.
• Contributing to broader digital transformation programmes.
