Halfords is seeking a Modern Workplace Lead to own the Microsoft 365 platform, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Copilot. You’ll drive adoption, partner with stakeholders, and shape the roadmap for AI-enabled productivity across our UK-based teams.

Based at our Redditch Support Centre with hybrid working (3 days onsite), you’ll influence colleagues across 12,500+ staff and partner with Security/Identity teams to ensure governance and value realization.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Microsoft 365 expertise across key services.
• Experience leading adoption or digital workplace initiatives with measurable value.
• Ability to translate technical capability into outcomes and influence stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Own and develop the Microsoft 365 platform, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Viva and Copilot for Microsoft 365
• Drive platform adoption and value realisation, ensuring colleagues maximise capabilities
• Develop and deliver a roadmap for new Microsoft capabilities, AI-enabled solutions and productivity improvements
• Use platform data to measure adoption, identify opportunities and improve colleague experience
• Manage supplier relationships and drive continuous improvement
• Establish governance standards across the M365 estate with Security and Identity teams
• Communicate platform performance and business outcomes to senior stakeholders
