Job summary

Dorothy House Hospice Care is seeking a part-time MS365 adoption and solutions lead, working 30 hours a week on a hybrid pattern of three office days and two at home. You will train staff and volunteers to get more from Microsoft 365, and build low-code solutions with Power Automate and Power Apps while leading the Digital Champions Network to boost adoption.

With a degree or equivalent and proven experience delivering digital skills training and Microsoft 365 solutions, you will support digital

• A degree or equivalent in a digital, IT, learning and development, education or related discipline.
• Proven experience delivering digital skills training and learning programmes.
• Experience developing business solutions using Microsoft 365 and low‑code technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver Microsoft 365 training programmes for staff and volunteers.
• Lead and grow the Digital Champions Network to drive technology adoption.
• Create learning resources such as workshops, videos, guides and e‑learning content.
• Identify ways to improve processes and user experience using Microsoft 365.
• Develop low‑code/no‑code solutions using SharePoint, Lists, Forms, Power Automate, Power Apps, Teams and Copilot.
• Support digital literacy, confidence and capability across the organisation.
• Monitor digital adoption and use feedback to drive improvements.

Job description

This part-time post at Dorothy House Hospice Care is for an MS365 adoption and solutions lead, working 30 hours a week on a hybrid pattern of three office days and two at home. The core of the work is helping staff and volunteers get more from Microsoft 365 through training, learning resources and low-code solutions built in tools such as Power Automate and Power Apps. The role also leads the Digital Champions Network to drive adoption across the organisation. Fit depends on a degree or equivalent, proven experience delivering digital skills training, and building Microsoft 365 solutions.

What the job involves

• Designing and delivering Microsoft 365 training programmes for staff and volunteers
• Leading the Digital Champions Network to drive technology adoption across the organisation
• Creating learning resources such as workshops, videos, guides and e-learning content
• Identifying ways to improve processes and user experience using Microsoft 365
• Developing low-code and no-code solutions using SharePoint, Lists, Forms, Power Automate, Power Apps, Teams and Copilot
• Supporting digital literacy, confidence and capability across the organisation
• Monitoring digital adoption and using feedback and insight to drive improvement
• Contributing to wider digital transformation and organisational change programmes

Qualifications

• A degree or equivalent in a digital, IT, learning and development, education or related discipline

Experience

• Demonstrable experience delivering digital skills training and learning programmes
• Experience developing business solutions using Microsoft 365 and low-code technologies
• Experience supporting organisational change and technology adoption initiatives

Skills & knowledge

• Ability to explain technical concepts simply and engagingly
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Outlook

Nice to have

• Ongoing professional development relating to Microsoft 365 technologies
• Understanding and experience of Power Platform, particularly Power Automate and Power Apps
• Understanding and experience of Microsoft Copilot adoption and development
• Experience of digital champion or super-user networks
