Job summary

Confidential in Wolverhampton seeks a Storefront Administrator & Customer Service Representative for a 6-month contract in the aerospace MRO sector. The role focuses on high-volume admin tasks, SAP data entry, quotes, and customer communication to stabilise current storefront operations.

Over time you will transition to end-to-end customer ownership, managing a defined group of customers, coordinating with MRO sites, and driving process improvements toward automation.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service mindset with professional communication.
• Experience in administrative or operational support in aftermarket or MRO.
• Detail-oriented with comfort using transactional systems.
• Working knowledge of SAP (SD module preferred) or similar ERP.
• Structured, process-driven approach with adaptability.
• Willingness to learn end-to-end MRO processes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the central Storefront inbox.
• Perform manual SAP transactions: inductions, orders, quotes.
• Support quotes with customer interactions and MRO sites.
• Provide accurate status updates to customers.
• Coordinate with external MRO sites for inputs.
• Maintain SAP and systems data with traceability.
• Support order management, scheduling, and communication.
• Assist with invoice queries and turnback collection.
• Report issues via QCPC process.
• Escalate complex issues to Team Leader.
