Job summary

Morson Group is seeking a Storefront Administrator & CSR for Wolverhampton on a 6-month contract to support high-volume administrative activities in the aerospace MRO storefront. You will handle central inbox tasks, SAP data entry, unit inductions, quoting, and coordination with repair sites to ensure service continuity.

The role aims to evolve into end-to-end customer ownership, managing defined customer groups, reducing manual work through improved processes, and acting as a capable customer

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative, customer service, or operational support role within an Aftermarket, MRO, or service-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume administrative tasks supporting MRO Storefront operations, including monitoring the central Storefront inbox.
• Perform manual SAP transactions, including unit inductions, order creation, and quotation setup.
• Support the quotation process, including customer interactions and coordination with MRO repair sites.
• Respond to customer inquiries with accurate status updates and information.
• Coordinate with external MRO repair sites for technical, scheduling, and pricing inputs.
• Maintain data within SAP and supporting systems to ensure traceability and compliance.
• Support order management, scheduling alignment, and customer communication across the repair lifecycle.
• Assist with invoice query resolution and turnback collection activities as required.
• Escalate complex issues to the MRO Storefront Team Leader and report via QCPC.
