  • Provide expertise on simulation functionality and modeling practices to race teams.
  • Represent racing team needs in the development of the simulation toolchain.

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of engineering industry experience.
  • Over 4 years of professional motorsport experience within a race team setting.
  • Proficiency with data analysis software such as Pi Toolbox, MoTeC i2, and McLaren ATLAS.
  • Knowledge of high-performance vehicle, tire, and aerodynamic modeling techniques.
  • Strong analytical, customer-focused, and structured approach, with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment, demonstrating a strong work ethic and integrity.
  • Flexible schedule and ability to travel 10% annually.

Preferred Qualifications
