The Role
We are seeking a Team Simulation Support Engineer to enhance our motorsports program by improving the utilization of our simulation toolchain across GM Motorsports-supported series. The primary goal is to provide engineering support that leads to better on-track performance. You will collaborate with race team members and GM support engineers to conduct analysis using offline and driver-in-loop (DiL) simulations, assist in developing and educating on offline simulation tools, and contribute to vehicle modeling inputs and baseline simulation settings. All projects should be completed to high standards, on time, and within budget. Proficiency in simulation tasks, proactive engagement, and a passion for accurate modeling are essential.
