This role is categorized as hybrid, requiring reporting to Concord, NC, at least three times per week.
To enhance our motorsports program, we seek a Team Simulation Support Engineer to improve the use of our simulation toolchain in GM Motorsports-supported series. The main goal is to provide engineering support for better on-track performance. You will collaborate with race team members and GM support engineers to analyze data using offline and driver-in-loop (DiL) simulations, develop and educate on simulation tools, communicate feedback to GM, refine vehicle models, and establish baseline simulation settings for events. All projects should meet high standards, deadlines, and budgets. Proficiency in simulation, proactive engagement, and passion for accurate models are essential.
