BMS Performance Ltd. is seeking a Field Sales Representative to cover the North & Midlands. You’ll manage an established portfolio of independent motorcycle retailers, visiting them regularly and growing current business with a consultative approach.

The role is remote/field-based with a hybrid company car. You’ll spend most time on the road, building long-term relationships, hitting sales targets and developing opportunities within your territory.

Formación

• At least 12 months' experience in a sales-focused role (B2B or B2C).
• Based within the North & Midlands territory, ideally along the M62 corridor.
• Structured approach to sales with targets, engagement and account development.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Managing your own territory by building strong relationships with independent motorcycle retailers.
• Growing existing accounts by identifying opportunities to increase sales and add products.
• Visiting customers regularly, understanding their businesses and providing a high-quality service.
• Driving commercial performance by working toward sales targets and developing accounts.
• Becoming a product expert to help customers identify the right solutions.
• Spotting opportunities to develop new retailers across your territory.
