Job summary

Goodyear is seeking a Sales Representative, Motorcycle UK, to grow our motorcycle business across the Midlands and South of England. This field-based role requires you to visit customer sites four days a week and build lasting partnerships.

You should enjoy meeting customers, understand their world, and identify opportunities for growth while working with the Sales Manager to monitor performance and expand the territory.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years’ experience in sales or a similar customer-focused role.
• Proven ability to build and develop strong customer relationships.
• Collaborative communication style with negotiation skills.
• Resilience and adaptability to changing field conditions.
• Commercial awareness and data-driven decision making.
• Valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across the Midlands and South.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted, long-term relationships with new and existing customers across your territory.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through a consultative, customer-focused approach.
• Deliver sales, profitability and product mix objectives in line with business plans.
• Support customers with product range, inventory planning, pricing, market developments and commercial opportunities.
• Use your understanding of customers and the market to identify opportunities for growth.
• Work closely with your Sales Manager to monitor performance and develop the territory.
• Share knowledge and experience with colleagues to support the wider team.
