Job summary

BMS Performance Ltd. is recruiting a Field Sales Representative to cover the North and Midlands in a remote, field-based role. You will manage an established portfolio of independent motorcycle retailers, focusing on account management and growing existing business.

You’ll spend most of your time on the road, building relationships and driving sales, with a smaller portion identifying new opportunities. A structured sales approach and driving licence are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months’ experience in a sales-focused role (B2B or B2C).
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the territory.
• Structured approach to selling with targets, engagement and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own territory, building strong relationships with independent motorcycle retailers.
• Grow existing accounts by identifying opportunities to increase sales and product range.
• Visit customers regularly to understand their businesses and provide high-quality service.
• Drive commercial performance by working towards sales targets and structured account development.
• Become a product expert to help customers choose the right solutions.
• Spot opportunities to win new customers and expand retailer base within your territory.
