BMS Performance Australia Pty in Birmingham invites a Field Sales Representative to join a hybrid, field-based team. You will spend most time on the road visiting independent motorcycle retailers across the North and Midlands, nurturing an established portfolio and expanding opportunities.

This is a hybrid, field-based role with a company car and flexible hours, focused on account management rather than hard sell.

Formación

• At least 12 months' experience in a sales-focused role (B2B or B2C).
• Based in or willing to travel North & Midlands along the M62 corridor.
• Structured sales approach with targets and account development.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
• Interest in motorcycles is a real advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Manage your own territory with an established portfolio of independent motorcycle retailers.
• Grow existing accounts by increasing sales and expanding product ranges.
• Visit customers regularly to understand their business and provide a high-quality service.
• Drive commercial performance toward sales targets and account development.
• Become a product expert to identify right solutions for customers.
• Spot opportunities to add new retailers across the territory.
