Job summary

Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company seeks a Sales Representative for Motorcycle UK. This field-based role covers the Midlands and South Territory, visiting customer sites four days a week and building lasting partnerships with dealers and riders.

The successful candidate will understand the motorcycle market, identify opportunities, and contribute to growth. You will work closely with the sales manager, develop product range knowledge, and use data to sharpen strategy.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in sales, account management or a similar customer-focused commercial role.
• Proven ability to build and develop strong customer relationships.
• Collaborative communication style with effective presentation and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel across the Midlands and South, including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted, long-term relationships with customers across the Midlands and South territory.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with a consultative approach.
• Deliver sales, profitability and product mix objectives in line with business plans.
• Support customers with product range, inventory planning, pricing, and market developments.
