What can you bring to Banham?

You will be experienced, confident, and reliable with a drive to offer an outstanding response service as a Emergency Response Rider (Key Guard).

  • As a Class 2 Motorbike licence holder, you will be a skilled rider with a good knowledge of London roads and understand the challenges that riding in London presents. (Essential)
  • You are able to bring a positive and calm response, being the first to attend our client’s sites following specific requests, alarm activations or emergencies to investigate and secure the premises and stay if needed.
  • Based from our Head Office, the role is predominantly on the road, with access to our showrooms and satellite offices.
Some of your role responsibilities will be :
  • Providing access to properties for clients who have lost their keys
  • Carrying out routine property checks
  • Learn our product range and how our products function
  • Correctly advise customers with basic knowledge of our products
  • Ensure customers are extended the highest levels of customer service
  • Helping to build good customer relations
  • Filing reports

NB - this is shift based work - working rotating week on week off 12hrshifts of nights and days. (Days 6am-6pm and nights 6pm-6am)
