Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor in a motor garage or similar is preferred but not essential.
• Full driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers are informed about service and repair work in a professional manner.
• Advise on estimated costs of repairs and work.
• Sell additional products as appropriate to customers’ needs.
• Advise on timescales and collection arrangements.
• Produce job cards on in-house computer system.
• Update customer and vehicle records.
• Document all warranty work per manufacturer policy.
• Prepare and complete invoices.
