Job summary

Aviva plc is seeking a Pricing Implementation Analyst to support Direct Line Personal Lines pricing by implementing changes to our rating algorithm software. You’ll work with Pricing, Underwriting, Operations and Technology to deliver accurate pricing and robust governance.

You’ll investigate issues, identify process improvements and apply technical skills to deliver measurable commercial impact in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Degree educated in a highly numerate or technical discipline such as Mathematics, Data Science, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation abilities.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail; ability to work from own initiative.
• Confident communicator; ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support pricing and underwriting changes by implementing adjustments to rating algorithm software.
• Investigate and resolve implementation issues and improve processes, testing approaches and data quality.
• Collaborate with Pricing, Underwriting, Operations and Technology to deliver accurate business outcomes.
