Allianz UK is seeking a Retail Motor Technical Pricing Manager to lead a team responsible for the development and maintenance of pricing models for Direct Motor. You will apply data science techniques alongside traditional GLM methods to deliver market-leading pricing capabilities while coordinating with the central data team and global pricing experts.

The role involves stakeholder management across UK and global groups, with a hybrid office model and a focus on continuing to advance pricing

Qualifications

• Strong background in volume-lines technical pricing.
• Experience with Machine Learning GBM techniques and GLMs.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders within UK/Global business.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 6 FTE in Technical Pricing for Direct Motor.
• Develop and maintain pricing models using data science and GLMs.
• Collaborate with Data Science and Group pricing teams to share insights.
