Allianz UK is seeking a Principal Pricing Analyst to advance our motor pricing optimisation and R&D efforts in a hybrid London role. You will lead ML-driven price optimisation across LV, Allianz Online, and Britannia Car, collaborating with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.

You will mentor colleagues, share knowledge through training, and drive the pricing strategy across the business, while staying ahead of industry innovations and regulatory considerations.

Competenze

• Experience in an insurance pricing role creating and using predictive models.
• Proficiency with Databricks, SQL, PySpark or equivalent.
• Ability to review and sign‑off other team members’ data pipelines, models and analyses.
• Knowledge of price optimisation and the UK regulatory environment.
• Extensive understanding of modelling techniques, including GLMs and GBMs, plus a desire to push the boundaries of ML in insurance pricing.
• Proven ability with Willis Towers Watson’s Radar software, using the latest functionality and best practices.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office applications.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to lead projects from inception to delivery within business timelines.
• Willingness to train and mentor colleagues.
