Job summary

The Nottingham Building Society is seeking a Head of Mortgage Underwriting at Head Office, Nottingham. This role offers hybrid working with at least two days onsite per week and a permanent full-time contract. A competitive salary plus car allowance accompanies the role.

You will lead mortgage origination and underwriting, drive strategy, ensure robust governance, manage risk, and foster a high-performing team across residential, buy-to-let, commercial and specialist lending portfolios.
