Qualifications

At Home Instead Swindon & Vale of White Horse, we are looking for dedicated Morning Care Assistant's to join our friendly and supportive team. Whether you're experienced or new to care, we offer full training and ongoing support to help you thrive in your role.

Responsibilities
  • Providing personal care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Assisting with daily activities such as washing, dressing, and meal preparation
  • Supporting clients with mobility and medication needs
  • Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing at all times
  • Building strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns to the office team
    A genuine desire to provide outstanding care & support to the clients you visit. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.

We need you to be aged 18 or over. We also need you to be able to work an alternate weekend (Saturday & Sunday). A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is also desired due to the nature of the role. Pay & Benefits
  • £12.75 per hour during the week and £13.50 per hour on the weekends
