About the Role

You’ll be part of a dedicated team providing 24‑hour personalised care in a beautifully maintained 28‑bed residential care home in the heart of Ripley. Your focus will be on supporting residents to live independently, with dignity and joy.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality personal care, including bathing, dressing and mobility support
• Follow and update individualised care plans
• Promote residents’ emotional and psychological wellbeing
• Encourage independence and meaningful daily engagement

Qualifications

• Referenceable work history
• In‑date mandatory training certificates (moving and handling, safeguarding vulnerable adults and infection control)*
• Enhanced DBS certificate dated within the past 12 months or registered on the update service*
• Minimum of 3 months paid UK work experience working within a care setting

Schedule & Compensation

Work on Saturday and/or Sunday with typical hours of 06:45 to 14:30.

The rate of pay will be £12.35 or £12.85 per hour, depending on hours worked.
