Job summary

Bovis is recruiting a Project Manager to support our major Public Sector project in Gloucester, Gloucestershire. You will provide project leadership and ensure activities comply with health, safety and environmental policies across the project lifecycle.

You will coordinate with design, site teams, commercial, client teams and supply chain to mitigate design risk and maximise value, while guiding consultants and delivery partners to successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Security clearance required for access to the project site.
• Ability to prepare short, medium and long-term programmes.
• Experience in managing package risks and driving value.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and teams.
• Flexible approach to changing project needs and challenges.
• Ability to lead the construction delivery team to meet targets.
• Experience delivering across design, procurement, construction and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide project leadership and manage execution from initiation to completion.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental policies.
• Coordinate with design, site teams, commercial, client and supply chain.
• Mitigate design risk and maximise value for the client and business.
• Lead in the Incident and Injury Free (IIF) vision for the team.
• Collaborate with the Design Manager and guide consultants and suppliers.
