Job summary

Bovis seeks a Design Manager to lead design management on a major public sector project in Gloucester. You will deliver design management from pre-bid through handover, working with the senior project team and the Design Management Team.

You will manage consultants, oversee design reviews, and maintain interface with clients and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project governance and CDM regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Experience leading design management on complex projects.
• Knowledge of CDM regulations and construction processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Design Management on projects from pre-construction to handover.
• Coordinate with senior project team and design management colleagues.
• Represent the business with clients, consultants and supply chain partners.
• Lead design reviews and approvals with documentation and systems.
