Job summary

Bovis seeks a Project Director for a major live MOD site in Cirencester, overseeing multiple assets and critical services upgrades. You will lead strategy, planning and delivery, directing cross-functional teams to meet contractual obligations and safety standards.

Experience in NEC4 contracts, risk, procurement and supply chain strategies is essential, along with senior stakeholder management. You will drive talent development and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery across complex environments.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in senior stakeholder management, strategic planning and leadership.
• Proven ability to lead in challenging and complex environments.
• Knowledge of NEC4 contracts, risk management, supply chain strategies and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the project strategy, processes and working methods.
• Lead client and partner stakeholder relationships and manage project matters.
• Maintain cost control and manage risk and opportunity with the commercial lead.
• Lead pre-construction activities to convert opportunities into contracts and delivery.
