Mitie is seeking a Workplace Experience Host for mobile, full-time coverage across Birmingham and Northampton. You will deliver exceptional front-of-house experiences, supporting reception, workplace services and events, while traveling between client sites in the UK.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years in high-end hospitality, with a proactive, service-oriented mindset and flexibility to travel between locations.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' experience within high-end hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and provide a welcoming first impression across client sites.
• Support front-of-house, concierge, meeting and events when required.
• Coordinate meeting rooms, events and workplace services to ensure smooth operations.
