Job summary

Mitie is seeking a Workplace Experience Host - Mobile Part Time, covering Glasgow and Edinburgh. You will be the friendly, professional ambassador across client sites, delivering exceptional front-of-house service and coordinating visitor experiences.

Reporting to the Guest Services Manager, you will adapt to varied environments, support events, manage visitor access, and assist with workplace operations while travelling between locations as required.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience using visitor and workspace management systems such as Condeco or ProxyClick.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Act as a confident, professional first point of contact across multiple client sites.
• Proactively manage visitor queues and flow to ensure a smooth arrival.
• Support VIP arrivals, executive visits and high-profile meetings.
• Provide front-of-house and workplace support, including reception and events.
• Maintain records and assist with safety, security and compliance requirements.
